Erin Sonn, M.Ed., ERYT, is a yoga and mindfulness educator passionate about bringing grounded, accessible wellness experiences to people in everyday—and extraordinary—places. Through her company, eat.YOGA.drink., she leads mindful movement classes in nontraditional spaces like breweries, parks, wineries, and rooftops, making yoga approachable, fun, and community-centered.

She also curates and guides international Vacation Retreats that invite participants to explore compassion, community, and connection in breathtaking global destinations.

With a background in education and over two decades of experience in teaching and personal development, Erin understands the transformative power of presence. She offers wellness experiences for a wide range of professionals in education, corporations, and service-based organizations.

Through every class, workshop, or retreat, Erin holds sacred space for others to build balance, flexibility, and strength in both mind and body. All are welcome. Namaste and Cheers!
